Meet Su Miao

For many, homeownership can seem impossible, but Su Miao believes that anyone can own a home with the right coaching, resources, and support. It's this belief that centers her relationship-driven approach to working with her clients.

Su is a New York City native with a global perspective. A graduate of Boston College and Beijing University, Su has honed her business acumen in media, marketing, real estate, and consulting. She has worked in China and the U.S. and has visited more than 30 countries.

While she specializes in new condo developments in Brooklyn, her longtime familiarity with New York City allows her to move seamlessly to wherever her clients' needs take her and her extensive travels enable her to relate to people from all cultures and backgrounds.

Working with real people is what makes her career in real estate most satisfying. It's why at the beginning of every client relationship, she takes the time to get to know her buyers. In understanding what her clients are looking for, she is better able to tailor her approach to finding the perfect home. Su works with her clients to see the possibilities versus the limitations. She prides herself on being a trusted guide, sharing advice when needed, and making what can be a complicated process, fun.

Su is a lifelong learner and explorer. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Fujianese and is currently learning German and Spanish. In her spare time, Su is a passionate volunteer, urban gardener, salsa dancer, and yogini.

About John Chubet

Pairing a keen eye quality with a personal dedication to understanding and satisfying the needs of his clients, John Chubet has built a uniquely accomplished career in residential real estate. John makes a point of working with a wide range of people, from first-time buyers, to those who are relocating to New York from all over the world, to local real estate developers. Whether the goal is finding a unique one-bedroom or developing a row of brownstone homes, John always brings his ‘A' game.

Whether working with buyers or sellers, I take great pride in educating my clients about the current real estate marketplace, says John. I offer them my full-service commitment, and in turn they feel confident trusting my expertise. This is the most rewarding aspect of my career.

John begins each client relationship by listening carefully to his clients' unique needs and challenges, and then collaborates with them to develop effective strategies that will achieve their goals. His steady stream of loyal and happy clients consistently refer John to friends and family members, a valuable pattern that has cemented his position as a top producer who has completed hundreds of transactions, some of which have been featured in The New York Times.

With over a decade of real estate experience, John possesses an in-depth, multifaceted knowledge of the business. A perpetual student of the industry, he earned a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from NYU with a focus on development. He also has several years of experience financing mortgages, and is happy to help clients navigate the complex bank-financing process. A lifelong lover of the fine arts, John studied and practiced at the University of Delaware and formerly owned an interior design company. His astute attention to detail and understanding of what homebuyers are looking for in terms of space and design are reasons why developers often look to John for consultation.

A lifelong New Yorker who has lived and worked everywhere from Tribeca and the West Village to the Upper East Side and Brooklyn, John has an in-depth understanding of the market throughout every neighborhood in the city. He is currently renovating his loft near Prospect Park, where he serves on the board of directors. An enthusiastic athlete, John surfs, skis, snowboards, plays golf, and does yoga. About Kateryna Rybka

Dynamic New York City real estate professional Kateryna Rybka considers it her honor and privilege to help clients as they move through life's many stages. She's guided clients from rentals to their first home purchases and through upsizing and downsizing as their needs change. Through it all, Kateryna is motivated to exceed their expectations and earn clients and friends for life.

She's skilled, diligent and methodical, but Kateryna is also calm, compassionate and able to navigate even the most challenging transactions to a successful conclusion. She's a Certified Negotiation Expert, and her extensive background in financial services has honed her relationship management and marketing skills and her keen ability to interact with people from all backgrounds.

A native of Crimea on the Black Sea, Kateryna earned a master's degree in international relations and diplomacy from Seton Hall and has lived in New York City for more than 16 years. She is a resident of the West Village, and her son attends Greenwich Village School, PS 41. Deeply spiritual and focused on self-improvement, Kateryna practices yoga and meditation. She's a believer in sustainable living and an avid supporter of Greenwich House, a nonprofit providing services for New Yorkers of all ages.
